Community Running Club
"Anybody can be a runner... We were meant to move. We were meant to run."
- Bill Rodgers (Four-time Boston Marathon Champion and Former American Record Holder)
New England Distance Project is a community based, not for profit organization, with a unique dual mission to promote a healthy and active lifestyle in the community while providing support to post collegiate athletes on a training path to top-level competition. Currently, NEDistance operates nine Middle School Programs throughout Providence and Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
We are very excited to introduce our first ever Community Running Club. This club is designed to create a positive, all-inclusive running community that allows community members to set and achieve goals, while staying healthy and having fun.
